A Scramble usually leaves golfers remembering the great holes they had — a Gruesome is a golf game all about the worst holes!

Gruesomes

(Also known as [alternateNames])

HOW TO PLAY

In a Gruesome, all players tee off and the WORST tee shot is selected as the starting point for the second shot on each hole. After the tee shot, the match is played like a typical scramble where the team is allowed to select the location of the best shot for the next attempt. You can play for a set dollar amount per stroke, or place a wager that is paid to the winner of the round.

VARIATIONS & PRESSES

A Gruesome is a variation to a Scramble. Multiple variations could be applied, but are not common in the case of a Gruesome match.
